Spaces by Candi provides virtual design services, including but not limited to kitchen and bathroom layout plans, mood boards, product selection guidance, and 3D renderings. All services are delivered digitally and tailored to the information provided by the client.
2. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a successful project, clients agree to:
Provide accurate measurements, photos, and relevant information
Communicate clearly and respond to emails in a timely manner
Understand that the final design outcome depends on the accuracy of the information provided
3. Design Revisions
Each design package includes a set number of revisions as stated in the service description. Additional revisions may incur an extra fee.
4. Delivery Timeline
Timelines will be discussed during the onboarding process and may vary based on project scope and responsiveness. Delays caused by incomplete client input or communication may result in timeline extensions.
5. Non-Refundable Fees
All design services are custom and digital in nature. Therefore, all design fees are non-refundable once payment has been made and work has begun. Please review the service descriptions and reach out with questions before purchasing.
6. Design Disclaimer
All documents, drawings, and renderings provided by Spaces by Candi are intended for design representation purposes only.
All measurements must be verified on-site by the client’s contractor or installer prior to ordering materials or beginning construction.
Spaces by Candi is not responsible for any errors in cabinetry fit, appliance placement, or construction resulting from inaccurate or unverified measurements provided by the client. Final construction and installation decisions should always be reviewed and approved by licensed professionals.
7. Intellectual Property
All design materials—including mood boards, layouts, and 3D renderings—are the intellectual property of Spaces by Candi. These materials are for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be resold, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
Spaces by Candi is not liable for construction, installation, or purchasing errors based on provided recommendations. Clients are responsible for coordinating with licensed professionals to review plans before proceeding with any work.
9. Website Use
By using this website, you agree not to misuse the content, copy materials without permission, or attempt to disrupt service functionality. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
10. Changes to Terms
Spaces by Candi reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
